was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and lived in an orphanage.He was raised in Huntsville, Alabama, by his Grandmother Mattie Lee
Allen.Dennis overcame hardships and has become a consistent overachiever. Video technology has enabled Dennis to achieve goals.
One of these goals is to bring people together all over the world using his technology.Dennis graduated with Honors in Electronic
Engineering, and served five years in the Marines.Finally, his career took off when he created a way to set up computer networking

was formed in Feb. 2011, incorporated in California.Company continued work started by LCE DBA in the area of advanced telecommunications.
The tragic events of September 11, 2001 resulted in hundreds
of avoidable losses especially amongst emergency first responders( firefighters and the police) due to the lack of communications. It became apparent that a unified audio/video communication system is badly needed to connect emergency first
responders and situation headquaters(war room) on unified secure network. LCE intensified research and development and
finally created Global Communication Device(GCD). The device can be deployed via WIFI and the Satellite. GCD provides high quaility video streaming and video
conferencing capabilities and it can be used anywhere around the world and in the hard to reach places. The GCD requires a
min 256 KPS connection to the Internet and it is fast and secure.
This system will change how the world operates, it will allow emergency responders
to communicate on a unified secure network, it will make distant education, tele health and tele medical more accessible and
affordable.
Humanitarian
project: In 2007 E.D.D.I. & G.S.A. awarded a contract to Total Services Solution(TSS), TSS subcontracted LCE Newport
Beach to set up video teleconferencing for disabled women and children in West Africa. 6 centers in West Africa,1 center in East Africa and 1 Center in South Africa were
designed, build and succsessfully delivered to the host countries.
